A) Simply present a printed copy or display it on your mobile device at any Bertossi Group restaurant location.

A) No. The Bertossi Group gift card never expires.

Q) When will my credit card be charged for a gift card purchase?
A) When you order on-line, your credit card will be charged after you click "Submit Order" on the checkout window of your completed order form. You will know that the transaction was completed when you receive a confirmation email containing your order number and thanking you for your order.

A) If you have registered for balance protection here, your gift card will be replaced. Unfortunately if you have not registered for balance protection and your gift card is lost or stolen, your card cannot be replaced.

Q) What happens if the gift card balance is less than my purchase?
A) The balance on your The Bertossi Group gift card may be applied to your purchase. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit.

Q) What happens if my purchase is less than the balance on my Bertossi Group gift card?
A) The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your Bertossi Group gift card. The card will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance which can be used for future visits.

A) You can check your balance in two ways: by registering your card on-line at bertossigroup.com or at one of our four locations.
