A) Your card has a cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If the card has been registered with Bob’s Steak and Chop House before lost, contact us and we may be able to issue another card for the remaining balance.
Q) How fast can we expect to receive the gift cards if purchased online?
A) Gift card orders are typically fulfilled within 1 business day. Your delivery method will determine how quickly FedEx delivers. If your order is placed after 1pm CST, please add 1 day to your anticipated day of receipt.
